Candidates are interviewed for a wide range of career opportunities, therefore the interview process may vary based on the position.
Depending on the position, the process may include several steps: a phone interview, on-site interview, testing and/or skills assessment, follow-up interview.

Yes, should a new position come available, please resubmit your resume. By acknowledging your interest, it allows us to review your skills and abilities for the new position in order to determine if they match the qualifications for the job we are seeking to fill.
Does Sizewise conduct background checks as part of the hiring process?
Yes, Sizewise conducts background checks on applicants who've accepted employment offers. Depending upon the position a drug screen may be performed as well. Company policy prohibits hires of individuals convicted of a felony within the past seven years.
What are the hours of operation?
Sizewise provides outstanding service to our customers 24 hours a day, every day of the year. We are a 24/7/365 business and offer varying employment shifts in order to meet all our customers' needs.
Our Human Resources office is typically open 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. CST, Monday through Friday.
How long are applications accepted for Current Career Openings?
All positions are "Open Until Filled", we accept applications until the position is filled and the vacancy may close without notice. If you have interest in a current open position, we recommend that you apply as soon as possible.
