LENEXA, Kan., Aug. 18, 2017 – Sizewise this week named Brian Frickey its new Chief Executive Officer and announced key leadership changes designed to further strengthen its core medical equipment business. The moves are also expected to help capitalize on emerging opportunities in the consumer bedding market.
Founder and longtime CEO Lee Frickey is taking on the role of Chairman of the Board, passing along day-to-day responsibilities to not only Brian, but also Brad Frickey as Chief Operating Officer and Tracy Frickey as Chief Administrative Officer.
The three-pronged leadership changeover will kick off a laser-like focus on organizing the business to win in an increasingly competitive marketplace. Leading the company’s worldwide operations and its 1,100 employees, the new executive team will work to continue strengthening the company’s reputation among major healthcare facilities and group purchasing organizations (GPOs).
• Brad Frickey, as COO, will oversee key Sizewise business units, with a focus on
operations, engineering, manufacturing, product development, quality, and
• Tracy Frickey, CAO, will oversee all aspects of finance, human resources, and focus
on administrative efficiencies.
• Tim McCarty remains Chief Sales Officer, leading the organization’s aggressive
market share goals and worldwide sales strategy.
• All other Board Members remain in current roles.
