LENEXA, Kan., Nov. 2, 2017 – Sizewise announced its Bari Rehab Platform 3™ has received a 2017 Innovative Technology designation from Vizient, Inc., the largest member-driven health care performance improvement company in the country. The designation was based on direct feedback from hospital experts who interacted with the bariatric bed frame at the Vizient Innovative Technology Exchange in Denver on Sept. 14, 2017.
Stylized Quote "Innovative Technology Designated Product Vizient Awarded Supplier"Bari Rehab Platform 3 (BRP3) is the newest generation of bed frame designed specifically for patients weighing up to 1,000 lbs. The bed is designed with safety and comfort in mind. It debuts the innovative Power Drive 360™, an incredibly nimble drive system for easy navigation through crowded hospital corridors. And BRP3 is one of only a few fully compliant with the latest IEC safety standards (60601-2-52).
“We’ve always designed our products with patient healing and caregiver safety in mind,” said Brian Frickey, Sizewise CEO. “We’re pleased that Vizient sees those same qualities in this bed frame, and as a third-generation of this bed frame, we know BRP3 will live up to this honor.”

Following exploration of the technological capabilities of the Bari Rehab Platform 3 bed frame at the Exchange, attendees recommended it receive an Innovative Technology designation. Congratulations to Sizewise on receiving this status,” said Rand Ballard, chief customer officer for Vizient.
