More than 65 Sizewise locations deliver to hospitals and health care facilities nationwide. Faster delivery times are coupled with the convenience of account associates, who ensure that patients are placed properly on our products upon delivery. Infection and Quality Control

Our factory-trained service technicians follow a consistent, thorough approach to cleaning and disinfection—from the time equipment is removed from a customer facility until it’s ready to serve another patient. Sizewise is ACHC accredited, and we follow their strict standards for infection control and prevention. Our process includes the use of EMist® electrostatic sprayers to apply chemicals to every square inch of the equipment, ensuring the highest level of disinfectant processing. Support surface top covers are cleaned thoroughly—either by hand or with industrial-style laundry machines and dryers. During processing, dirty equipment is always kept in a separate area from clean equipment, ensuring no cross-contamination. Additionally, we disinfect every delivery vehicle, including cargo areas and passenger cabs.

Surge Readiness Program™

Our Surge Readiness Program offers hospitals and health systems a collaborative approach to planning for future census overflow. We work with executives, clinical teams, and other key stakeholders to plan for various scenarios and participate in tabletop exercises and/or full-scale drills. We develop customized Surge Response Plans after understanding typical equipment needs—and determining bed frame, support surface, and mobility equipment levels based on various scenarios (pandemic micro-surge, seasonal census surge, natural disaster, mass casualty event, etc.).
